What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Billing and Shipping Details

When you place an order on the website, you submit your personal details such as name, email address, phone number, residential address, city and province. We collect and save this data in order to process and fulfil your order.

Credit Card or Financial Information

We do not collect, process or save any credit card or financial information on our website whatsoever. Any credit card information you may enter during checkout (if available) is entered directly on the payment gateway’s form integrated directly on our website. The payment details, such as the credit card number, expiry date and CVV code is encrypted and securely sent directly to the payment gateway provider without being process or saved by our website. Comments / Reviews

When visitors leave comments or reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

When you fill the contact form, we collect and save the information you enter in the form. This includes your name, email address and any other detail you enter voluntarily in the message field. Your details will be used by our internal team only to respond to or address your concerns or queries. Your data is not shared with any third party whatsoever.

If you leave a comment or make a purchase, your data and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments or orders automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
