Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure you receive the best possible product, however, there are many steps between the packaged product and your home. In case there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us and we will work closely with you to resolve your issues.

Change of Heart or Mind

We do not accept return or exchange items if the customer has a ‘change of heart’, ‘changed their mind’ or wish to cancel the order after it has been confirmed. The full value of the order will be applicable on the customer.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We strictly adhere to a NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN policy, however we definitely consider return or exchange of the products which may not be to the satisfaction of our qualitative measures. In order for a product to qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be ‘visibly poor quality’ and should be majority ‘unused’ in its packaging. Please note that our products require basic cooking which may also determines the quality of the end product. It is for this reason we wish to always speak with dissatisfied customers to better understand where the issue resides, and ensure your experience with Mughal products is the very best.

Return or Exchange Process

Before submitting a return or exchange request, the product must qualify for a return or exchange. (Read Eligibility section above). Return requests must be submitted via Return or Exchange Request From on our website.

Fill the from within 3 days of receiving your orders
Explain the issue in detail
Provide proof of purchase (Order number, email, and photograph of your ordered items)
We review your request and get in touch with you, if approved
Our Dispatch Department will coordinate the collection and deliver an exchange of the same products.

Just so you know, once we receive the goods, we investigate the cause and apply measures to rectify so this is not repeated in the future.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request at any given step of the process.
